If Not Now, When? An alternative sukkot celebration in Boston
In front of two major Boston-based Jewish institutions, CJP (Combined Jewish Philanthropies) and JCRC (Jewish Community Relations Council), about 75 Jews critical of some Israeli policies organized a metaphoric tent based on the traditional sukkah, expanded to include everyone including Palestinians whose rights organizers and supporters feel are being squashed in Israel.
