Detroit: Preparing for delivery of bottled water
Volunteers stock pile bottled water for later free delivery to infirm and elderly Detroit residents whose water the city shut off for alleged non-payment of water bills. Residents may also pick up free water at this site, St Peter's Episcopal Church.
